Payment and Cancellation Policy

A deposit equal to 50% of services reserved is due at the time of booking, with the balance due by June 1st. unless other arrangements have been made with Charles or Helen Summerville. Money will be refunded back up to 30 days after booking a trip. After the 30 days your deposit can be put to another trip for the following year. 

Travel Insurance

Alaska Adventures Travel encourages our clients to purchase travel insurance. You need to purchase  travel insurance within 15 days after receiving your inital deposit for it to cover pre-existing condition. http://www.sportsmanstravelinsurance.com
