Our in-house fly fishing float and rafting vacations take place on one of four fly-in wilderness rivers; The Alagnak, Moraine, American, or Karluk Rivers.  The fly fishing float trips and wildlife viewing is tremendous and call out to people wanting to escape into the Alaska wilderness but float and camp in style.  Alaska Adventures expedition planning and expertise on these prolific fisheries and scenic adventures are second to none.

Alaska River Rafting & float trips in Katmai

Offering a valued trip with the opportunity to stop at a world-class remote fishing lodge half way through your Alaska river rafting fishing vacation makes these floats very unique.  The opportunity to fly fish or photography wildlife on these rivers is outstanding.  Fly fishing for Trophy Rainbow Tout, Char, Grayling, Dollies, Pike,  and all five Salmon species keeps anglers rods bent  and well entertained at each camp site.  Limited to 4 to 6 guest total, these Alaska fishing float trips are an ideal size for friends or family groups that want to see Alaska without the crowds within Katmai National Park and Preserve.  Southwest of Anchorage by 290 air miles these Alaska float fishing trips are both offered as guided and un-guided.

Unguided Alaska Wilderness Float trips

If you choose to take this un-guided trip then everything but the guide is supplied to you for your trip minus your fishing gear, Airfare to King Salmon airport from home, air charter to camp, $50 fishing license, overnight stays and/or meals in Anchorage or king salmon hotel (if necessary). Bomb Shelter tents, bear containers, food, cots, rafts and all camping gear are  included. Unguided float fishing trips are a great value and wonderful way to fish otherwise inaccessible regions of Alaska..
